Complete customized service for the couple that needs help with the entire planning process. We will provide support and direction from the start to finish.
Budget planning and management assistance, complete vendor list, contract negotiations and review, ceremony and reception site research, customized timelines, style and theme coordination, gift registry assistance. We also will help with your invitations, RSVP responses, and seating charts, guest accommodations and travel coordination, rehearsal dinner planning and coordination, and wedding etiquette. Up to 90 hours of pre-wedding planning, rehearsal management, and wedding day coordination.
Gold Package: Wedding & Event Coordination
Maybe you don't need as many hours of service so this package may be just the ticket. Planning, consultation, budgeting, RSVPs, emails, phone calls, vendor referrals, and contract review. Coordination on rehearsal and wedding/event day. Up to 65 hours.
Silver Package
This package is great for couples that want to do their own planning but want to be able to have their wedding day free to enjoy. Be Our Guest Wedding & Event Planner will review your wedding plan, confirm your contracts and distribute a detailed timeline to your vendors, and supervise/coordinate at your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Up to 48 hours
